I’m pretty sure I’m not the only mom who said these things to her kids (nak sedapkan hati):
“Eat properly. Don’t spill food on your clothes”
“Nooooo, not the wall!!!”
“What is this stain?? I just changed the bedsheet”
“Don’t touch that, it’s dirty!”
It’s almost impossible for kids to stay clean and un-messy even for just 10 minutes, isn’t it?
It used to drive me nuts, but now most of the times I just let them be, as long as it’s safe and doesn’t involve dry-clean items. Marah pun tak guna because kids are generally messy and curious beings. They just want to touch and explore anything they can get their hands on!
Remember the Empowering Lifelong Learners conference I attended some time ago? Turns out, kids benefit a lot from messy play because it stimulates all five senses at once and offers outstanding opportunity for them to learn and grow. They get to experiment and explore the things around them, learn about cause and effects, practice counting, grouping and sorting objects. Dirt is not always a bad thing. There’s even videos on YouTube showing how dirt is actually good for kids (I found this video cute and quite funny!).
But I know a lot of moms would shudder at the thought of their kids playing with mud, sand, water, paint or even food. It’s the cleaning up part that we’re worried about. What if the stains don’t go away even after washing? Dark stains like mud and chocolate are some of the tougher stains to wash. I would pay extra attention to my kids when they eat or drink anything chocolatey because chocolate stains (especially on light colored clothes) are not easy to wash.
Breeze understands that stains should never be a barrier to a child’s learning and developing activities, so they developed products with the best technology and expertise that is superior at removing everyday tough stains.
Breeze liquid comes with 3x cleaning power of a cleaning agent, brush and brightener to clean tough stains on your laundry effectively. It penetrates into the fabric and leaves no residue, cleans in minutes and keep colors bright. My little girl and I even did a little experiment to test the cleaning power of Breeze liquid on 2 types of cloths:
We tested with the cotton cloth first, which is similar to school uniform.
We repeated the same experiment with the polyester cotton cloth and again, it was clean and white as before. Ayra was excited when she saw the clean cloths. “Wow, so clean! It’s like magic!”. 😀
Anyway, that’s basically how you treat tough stains on clothes. Apply and rub a little Breeze liquid onto the stain before putting it into the washing machine. It works, moms. Those ads we saw on TV don’t lie! 😛
But what’s washing clothes without a softener, right? It’s like… shampooing your hair and skipping the conditioner. Or… cleansing your face and skipping the moisturizer. It feels dry and rough. Some goes to your clothes. I have been using Comfort Ultra fabric softener for a while now and I like how soft my clothes are and how long-lasting the smell is.
In fact, the combination of Breeze detergent and Comfort softener makes a great laundry solution. Breeze effectively removes tough stains, leaving clothes clean while Comfort completes the washing cycle by giving clothes a touch of softness and long lasting freshness. Together, this duo is a perfect match!
